Фаллоэндопротезирование: история и развитие

Аннотация

Представлен литературный обзор, посвященный хирургическим вмешательствам по протезированию полового члена. Фаллопротезирование является наиболее эффективным методом восстановления функции полового члена, кроме того, эндопротезирование неофаллоса зачастую выполняется пациентам после реконструкции полового члена с целью улучшения его ригидности. В статье освещено историческое развитие инженерии фаллопротезов, а также описаны и проанализированы различные методики хирургических вмешательств, используемые при их установке. Кроме того, раскрыта проблема послеоперационных осложнений и проведен анализ результатов работы различных авторов.
