Аннотация

Проведено клинико-лабораторное обследование и лечение 32 мужчин в возрасте от 45 до 73 лет с симптомами нижних мочевых путей (СНМП), обусловленными доброкачественной гиперплазией предстательной железы. У 53,1 % больных отмечалась эректильная дисфункция (ЭД). Все пациенты получали доксазозин (Артезин®) от 2 до 4 мг в сутки 1 раз в день. Пациентам с ЭД назначался уденафил (Зидена®) 100 мг по необходимости. Комбинированная терапия через 12 нед показала свою безопасность, позволила снизить СНМП, улучшить эректильную функцию, что отразилось на повышении качества жизни у данной категории больных.
