Вирусное инфицирование сперматозоидов. Часть 1. Вирус гепатита В, вирус папилломы человека (обзор литературы)

Аннотация

Интрагаметное вирусное инфицирование сперматозоидов может быть причиной истинной вертикальной передачи вирусов через половые клетки. В настоящее время в сперматозоидах обнаружены вирус папилломы человека (в том числе штаммы онкогенного риска), вирус гепатита В. Доказана возможность вертикальной передачи этих вирусов.

Интрагаметное инфицирование сперматозоидов вирусом папилломы человека и вирусом гепатита В приводит к аномалиям развития эмбриона и может стать причиной спонтанного аборта как после естественного зачатия, так и после зачатия с применением вспомогательных репродуктивных технологий.

Разработка адекватных методов диагностики интрагаметного вирусного инфицирования сперматозоидов позволит в некоторых случаях установить причину бесплодия и аномалий развития эмбриона и назначить необходимую антивирусную терапию на стадии подготовки к естественному зачатию или к применению вспомогательных репродуктивных технологий.
