Болезненная эякуляция: эпидемиология, этиология, коррекция (обзор литературы)

Аннотация
В статье представлен обзор отечественной и зарубежной литературы, посвященной проблеме болезненной эякуляции. Упоминания об этом типе расстройств встречаются довольно редко. Реальная его распространенность остается до конца неизвестной. Рассматривается связь болезненной эякуляции с инфекционно-воспалительными заболеваниями (орхитом, эпидидимитом, простатитом, везикулитом, уретритом), перенесенными операциями (в частности, трансуретральной резекцией предстательной железы), приемом некоторых препаратов (например, антидепрессантов), редкими врожденными аномалиями развития. Приводятся данные об эффективности консервативного и хирургического лечения.
