Докозагексаеновая кислота в лечении мужского бесплодия

Аннотация

Обзор литературы посвящен анализу современных сведений о применении докозагексаеновой кислоты при лечении мужского бесплодия. Дано краткое описание современных представлений о возможных причинах мужского бесплодия — нарушении функции клеточной мембраны и повреждении генетического материала сперматозоидов. Подробно изложены данные о противовоспалительных свойствах омега-3-полиненасыщенных жирных кислот. Обсуждаются вопросы биодоступности докозагексаеновой кислоты и выбора содержащих ее препаратов для терапии мужского бесплодия. Повышение содержания полиненасыщенных жирных кислот, в частности докозагексаеновой кислоты, в мембране сперматозоидов было ассоциировано с более высокими показателями качества эякулята. Терапия с применением этих веществ приводила к улучшению стандартных показателей спермограммы и снижению доли сперматозоидов с фрагментированной ДНК.
